Your voice, your choice! QVoice provides the flexibility to select from system voices (integrated with your device) or our vast collection of 900+ AI voices. We generally recommend the AI voices for their variety, but system voices might offer more refined pronunciations. We believe your voice is unique, and that's why we've included so many options – the power to choose is yours.

Accessing Voice Preferences

	1. Open the Q Menu by long pressing on the Q on the top left corner of the screen
	2. Tap on Preferences.
	3.  Under QVoicer Prefs > Voices, you'll see two voices to set. QVoicer Voice Teacher Voice (model mode) See Sentence Bar Features for an explanation of the two modes.

4.  To customize your voice, choose Edit.

5. Choose a voice and listen to it speak the sample text.  Change the speech rate to your liking. Please note: voice pitche can only be set for System Voices.

AI Voices

QVoice leverages AI for voice generation, offering several key benefits:

• Localized with Familiar Voices: Using the same voice actors for different languages. 
• Improved Readability: Clear and easy-to-understand speech output.

QVoice provides access to over 900 custom AI voices.  AI voices are listed under the Premium English section.  We've suggested some popular options, but you have the freedom to browse the entire library here.  Simply change the number in the Custom option or tap on the + or - button.

System Voices

QVoice also offers access to the system voices that come on your platform.  So if you don't like any of the AI voices, give these a try. System voices are located after the Premium English section.
