Modified on Fri, 30 May at 12:56 PM

If you have not done so, please read more about what Scribe Data is in QVoice before reading the steps below.

So how do we add data to the scribing charts?  You can do so from 2 places:

  • Sentence Bar
  • Usage log

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Adding Scribe Data from Sentence Bar

Scribe data can only be added in Model mode so make sure the Q Menu is RED.

Tap on the Add Scribe Data button and fill in the Scribe Data details (see below for more details).

Adding Scribe Data from Usage Log

Scribe data can only be added once the QVoicer has spoken (i.e.sentence bar has been tapped).

1. Open the Q Menu by long pressing on the Q on the top left corner of the screen
2. Tap on Team Reports / Tools.
3.  Tap on Live Feed.  In the table, for every Sentence Bar event there will be a Add Scribe Data button.  Tap on the Add Scribe Data button and fill in the Scribe Data details (see below for more details).

Scribe Data details

The scribe data is meant to be used for all modalities and in the moment.  So this field is set up in a way to quickly and efficiently add multiple data points.

This is useful when scribing verbal speech or sign language and you want to quickly add multiple data points (i.e. when QVoicer is verbally saying "no" multiple times for the same function, same modality, same prompt level).
