Scribe Data details
The scribe data is meant to be used for all modalities and in the moment. So this field is set up in a way to quickly and efficiently add multiple data points.
Scribe Data | Description |
---|---|
Target words | You can type specific word(s) here for the case when the target word was expressed verbally or with sign language. Otherwise, Qvoice will automatically pre-fill the field with the last spoken sentence (after Sentence Bar is tapped) or the selected sentence from the usage log. |
Function | List the communicative intent (optional) Setting this field will generate different pie charts per speech function * This field will be saved and prefilled for the next data entry. |
Prompt Level | List the prompt level used. When charting, "independent" prompts will be separated from all other prompt levels. * This field will be saved and prefilled for the next data entry. |
Activity and Notes | Add notes to what is happening when target word was used. This field is optional and would be helpful when reviewing old data. * This field will be saved and prefilled for the next data entry. |
Data taker | Setting this field will generate different pie charts per Data Taker * This field will be saved and prefilled for the next data entry. |
Modality | Choose the modality the target word was expressed through * This field will be saved and prefilled for the next data entry. |
Add button | Adds the data point and leaves the form for the next data entry. This is useful when scribing verbal speech or sign language and you want to quickly add multiple data points (i.e. when QVoicer is verbally saying "no" multiple times for the same function, same modality, same prompt level). |
Add & Close button | Adds the data point and exits the dialog. |
